Capital Hart Corp (“Capital Hart”, “we”, “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect through it, why, and what you can do about it.

Information you give us

The forms on this site collect the information you type into them: your MC number, phone number and email address, and — on the application and contact forms — optionally your company name, fleet size, monthly invoice volume, current factoring status and any message you write.

We use it for one purpose: to contact you about freight factoring services and to evaluate your application. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with lead brokers or marketing lists.

Information collected automatically

This website does not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers. Our hosting provider records standard server log data — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — for security and reliability purposes.

Form submissions are transmitted through a third-party form delivery service, which processes the submission in order to email it to us.

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request as part of serving the font files.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Inquiry and application information is retained for as long as needed to evaluate and service the relationship, and afterwards as required by applicable recordkeeping and financial regulations. TODO-CONFIRM-RETENTION-PERIOD.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise. Never send sensitive information such as bank account or social security numbers through a website contact form — a funding specialist will tell you the secure way to provide them.

  • Ask us to delete it, where we are not required to retain it.
  • Ask us to stop contacting you — reply STOP to a text, unsubscribe from an email, or tell us on the phone.

The Client Login link on this site leads to a third-party portal operated by a service provider. Your use of that portal is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, not this one.
